Our second project was the acquisition of the former Chicago Title Building located at 925 B Street. Jeannine represented our group in the purchase negotiations. She assisted us throughout the transaction, met with our attorney, and stayed on site for several months following the purchase to assist us in the marketing of the property for the leasing of the 65,000 square feet of vacant space.
