Jeannine Savory represented the buyer of the former Chicago Title building - a six story, 64,581 vacant square foot office building sold for $7.2 million. The sale of the downtown San Diego office building is located at 925 B St.
The former Chicago Title building was previously owned by an office condominium developer who purchased the property in 2007 for $13.6 million. In October 2009, the property was sold again at a public auction to the highest bidder for $12 million. The buyer was the foreclosing beneficiary.
Jeannine Savory arranged the financing and assisted with the leasing after the sale.
