About Kelly Pavlick

Kelly Pavlick, a lover of transformation; thrives on taking something old and recreating something beautiful while maintaining its character. Kelly Pavlick is not only an incredible Realtor, she is the director of marketing for The Savory Group, making everything more visually appealing and bringing calm to the chaos in the office with her logical demeanor. Prior to The Savory Group, this San Diego native was employed for 15 years by TB Penick & Sons, Inc., she worked her way into their proposal producer, and eventually, as the marketing director.

She joined The Savory Group as a marketing manager in 2012 leading all things creative including implementing and executing all marketing efforts as well as home edit styling to prepare properties for market. Kelly’’s keen eye for design has helped our clients prepare their properties for sale yielding more buyer interest and ultimately higher sales prices for our sellers. She shares this unique skill with her buyers when seeing a home's potential and has been hired by many of The Savory Groups clients to project manage their home renovations. Kelly is a San Dego native with an in depth knowledge of the east inland communities having lived in Jamul and now Grantie Hills. In her free time when she’s not hunting for furniture pieces to restore, or starting another creative project around her home, she’s beach camping or snowboarding with her family.
