About Jeannine Savory

With more than 22 years of experience in real estate, Jeannine Savory serves clients all over the region she’s proud to call home—from Pacific Beach and La Jolla to Bay Park, Downtown, Point Loma and Del Mar. As team lead of The Savory Group, Jeannine heads up a robust, high-producing team of 3 agents. With a keen eye for architecturally distinctive properties and a highly nuanced understanding of San Diego’s real estate landscape, Jeannine represents some of the most luxurious homes and new developments in San Diego.

Describing her hardworking self as “relentless to a fault,” Jeannine will stop at nothing to achieve her clients’ goals. The Savory Group has consistently been voted Best in Client Satisfaction annually since 2008, as well as voted by consumers as the Best Real Estate Sales Team three years in a row in 2020, 2021 and 2022 and Jeannine herself holds the record for commercial transaction of the year in 2020 for selling the iconic Pernicano’s Hillcrest site. She’s also named a 40 under 40 by SDAR and is a multi-year recipient of the Platinum Circle of Excellence, awarded by the San Diego Association of Realtors based on total sales volume and units sold.

“I understand real estate from the ground up,” says Jeannine. “Being able to analyze real estate holistically allows me to plan for success. Having development experience as well as a degree in architectural space planning all formulate a strategic plan of approach, and bring in team members that complement the skills we are missing.” Her business degree from University of the Phoenix and interior design degree from the Fashion Institute of Design & Merchandising (FIDM) combined with her experience in development have armed Jeannine with the tools for success. She always treats clients with the utmost professionalism and highest standards while her empathic nature and creative problem-solving allow her to form real, lasting connections. In fact, Jeannine now simply calls many clients friends.

Outside of real estate, Jeannines spends her time with her two teenage children and their family dogs. In her downtime Jeannine can be found with family outdoors adventuring in San Diego and the neighboring mountains. She also has strong passions for cooking, traveling, and spending time on the beach near the family home. Giving back to the community has always been a priority for her. Jeannine donates time and financial resources to Rady’s Children’s Hospital, and the Multiple Sclerosis Foundation.
