Jeannine possesses a comprehensive understanding of real estate, allowing her to analyze it holistically and strategize for success. With a background in development and a degree in interior design from the Fashion Institute of Design & Merchandising (FIDM), she formulates a thoughtful and strategic approach to every property she works with. Jeannine achieved the Commercial Transaction of the Year award in 2020 for her successful sale of the iconic

 Pernicano’s Hillcrest site. She also led the Hillcrest Gateway project, championing a density preservation initiative to develop affordable housing that benefits the Uptown community. Jeannine was also named a 40 under 40 by SDAR and is a multi-year recipient of the Platinum Circle of Excellence, awarded by the San Diego Association of REALTORS® based on total sales volume and units sold.

Her educational background also includes a business degree from the University of Phoenix, propelling her to the role of Managing Director of The Agency La Jolla. In this capacity, she effectively manages the San Diego region, acquiring valuable insights into all company transactions. Additionally, she plays a key role in mentoring fellow agents in the office, further honing her leadership skills. Outside of real estate, Jeannine lives at the beach and spends her time with her two teenage children and their family dogs. Jeannine also donates time and resources to Rady’s Children’s Hospital and the Multiple Sclerosis Foundation.
